It didn’t take long for what started as a side-project to turn into an obsession. From a friendship formed in bands such as Beira and Nuclear Horsepower, Ben Zohar (guitar, backing vocals) pitched then pianist, Adam Gruber (drums), with the idea to capture the essence of what it was like to grow up during the glory days of skinny jeans and Warped Tour. Starting in 2023 with the addition of Ben Slotarski (bass), Rememories has strived to bring Chicagoland the deepest, most felt, music ever posted to the top of a MySpace page! Joined by Cassidy’s (Rebels In Stereo) dynamic vocals and Mike Hakimi’s shredding guitars, the full lineup is tearing up hearts and consuming eyeliner like you haven’t seen since the original Black Parade tour.
